2019 年 9 月 7 日起，中國四川綿陽北川縣出現暴雨天氣，
其中，永昌鎮最大暴雨達 114 毫米雨量，
安昌鎮及擂鼓鎮降雨量達 100 毫米以上，
唐家山堰塞湖降雨量達 99 毫米，
暴雨造成 7 個鄉鎮共 7,850 人受災，
多條道路因雨水及山泥傾瀉而中斷及堵塞，無法通行。
寶成鐵路廣漢至黃許鎮站間雨量超標，
鐵路部門為安全起見，對該區段進行封鎖巡查。
航空方面，成都雙流國際機場部分航班出現延誤。
當局發佈暴雨黃色預警信號，
受暴雨及洪水影響，射洪市區沿河部分地段被淹，
以濱江公園最為嚴重。
由於涪江上游出現持續性降雨過程，累計雨量較大，
導致下游涪江綿陽城區段迎來今秋以來最大洪峰。
市級有關部門及單位已加強指導協調，
幫助受災地區做好搶險救災工作，
市政府提醒市民︰
避免前往山區及逗留在江邊等危險地帶，以免發生危險。
暴雨造成多個鄉鎮農田受災，
其中，粟米田受災面積達 36.5 公頃、
成災 29.8 公頃、絕收 5.2 公頃。
隨後，9 月 12 日，西班牙東南部地區遭暴雨侵襲，
東南部的巴倫西亞（Valencia）、
阿利坎特市（Alacant）、穆爾西亞（Murcia）等地，
錄得有史以來最驚人的降雨量。
西班牙國家氣象部門估計，暴雨將持續在東南部多地肆虐，
每小時最高降雨量可達 90 毫米，全日降雨量可達 180 毫米，
市內多地出現洪水，陸空交通均受影響，
主要街道被淹沒，汽車被沖走，洪水將汽車衝倒，
