隨著上年 9 月，日華牧師 57 歲生日，
及世人進入《詩篇‧119 篇》鏡像世界審判的年份後，
過去 5 個月，全世界沒完沒了地，
不斷刷新破紀錄的災難。
其中，自今年 1 月開始，
世界持續不斷出現大暴雨和破紀錄洪水。
上年 12 月 31 日，澳洲西部城鎮庫努納拉遭遇暴雨，
一處大壩漲水，成千上萬海蟾蜍的洞穴被徹底摧毀，
其中一批蟾蜍更乘著 3.5 米長巨蟒，
以「搭順風車」方式逃生。
2019 年 1 月 2 日，
聯合國秘書長副發言人哈克在紐約記者會表示，
隨著冬天來臨，
敘利亞北部伊德利卜和拉茲吉野縣的農村地帶，
因暴雨引發的洪水，及長達七年多的敘利亞戰爭，
令該國 560 萬人逃到周邊國家淪為難民，
國內仍有 660 萬流離失所者。
敘利亞暴雨成災，加上暴雨在夜間發生，
難民難以防範及躲避，
洪水不單沖走難民棲身的臨時帳篷和糧食，
加上難民營內並無水渠設施，積水水深及膝，
許多帳篷都在水和泥土下，
不同地區的難民營均提出援助要求。

這是 8 年來，難民營經歷最大的洪災。
