自2024 年6 月下旬以來，歐洲、非洲和北美洲部份地區，
持續受熱浪侵襲，氣溫屢破歷史紀錄，
助長了各地森林大火的發生和蔓延。
歐洲方面︰
巴爾幹半島和東歐的熱浪尤為強烈，
每日氣溫高達攝氏40 度以上，
部份地區甚至出現夜間溫度也居高不下的情況。
7 月14 日，塞爾維亞中部地區，
晚間錄得攝氏31.2 度的「最低溫度」，創下該國歷史新高。
克羅地亞、波斯尼亞、羅馬尼亞和北馬其頓等周邊國家，
也出現夜間高溫現象，預計希臘的最低氣溫，也不會低於攝氏30 度。
地中海地區的海水溫度異常升高，部份地區達到攝氏30 度。
預計整個7 月，南歐和東歐的氣溫都將遠高於平均水平。
其中，希臘6 月多地氣溫已超過攝氏40 度，
最高氣溫已刷新同月歷史紀錄。
6 月29 日首都雅典以北的森林地區，
更發生嚴重山火，受時速超過100 公里的強風助長，
火勢迅速蔓延，全國各地爆發至少40 場山火，
其中6 個地區的火災情況更打破歷史紀錄。
被譽為「雅典之肺」的帕尼薩山地區，也受到山火侵襲。
希臘政府表示，
今年6 月，該國共發生1,281 宗森林大火，是去年同期的2 倍多。
消防人員連日與受狂風助長的森林大火搏鬥，造成至少1 人死亡。

加拿大方面︰
7 月14 日，加拿大東北部爆發森林大火，
火勢異常兇猛，在天氣條件的影響下迅速蔓延，
每分鐘約推進50 米，至今已燒毀超過2.4 萬英畝土地，
濃煙籠罩整個天空。
由於火勢猛烈，消防直升機也難以發揮作用。
當地居民被迫沿唯一可用的道路，
向東疏散超過500 公里，
當局宣佈疏散紐芬蘭和拉布拉多省部份地區約9,000 名居民。
山火更導致一間健康中心暫時關閉，
所有人員已安全疏散，包括45 名病情較嚴重的患者。

村內5,000 名居民被緊急疏散，

新墨西哥州州長格里沙姆宣佈，林肯郡、

火場面積達60 平方公里，
迫使1,200 多人從當地著名的戶外休閒區
飢餓谷公園（Hungry Valley）緊急撤離。
加州森林防火廳表示，
在高溫、低濕度和強風的環境下，火勢難以控制。
出動灑水飛機嘗試阻止火勢蔓延，消防員則在外圍建立防火線。
當局已派出約400 名消防員、70 輛消防車和2 輛推土機，

7 月5 日，美國加州多地山火持續肆虐。

而加州北部科維洛附近的一場山火中，

在加州聖巴巴拉縣，燃起的森林大火過火面積已超過153 平方公里，
成為加州今年以來，過火面積最大的森林大火，
火勢一度約有19%得到控制，滅火工作仍在持續。
根據加州消防部門的資料，
今年的熱穹效應導致加州出現極端高溫和強風天氣，
助長了山火的發生和蔓延。
今年迄今為止，加州已發生超過3,700 宗山火，
燒毀約22 萬英畝土地，打破歷史紀錄，
共有148 棟建築物受損或毀壞。
相比之下，去年同期燒毀面積僅1 萬多英畝，
五年平均燒毀面積也只有3.8 萬多英畝。
一些山火還導致許多居民被迫緊急疏散，
例如，加州奧羅維爾的湯普森山火（Thompson fire），
燒毀了3,789 英畝土地，數千名居民被迫撤離，
部份地區已宣佈進入緊急狀態。
7 月13 日，位於加州中部的聖路易斯奧比斯波縣，
爆發「颶風山火」（Hurricane Fire）。
不到24 小時，已燒毀2 萬英畝土地，
成為加州目前燒毀面積第二大的山火。
受此影響，克恩縣消防局已發佈疏散警告。
同時，該縣還有4 場山火正在燃燒，
其中，牧場山火（Rancho Fire）在不到24 小時內
燒毀了近1 萬英畝土地。
美國國家氣象局警告，加州克恩縣地區的火險等級升高，
持續的熱浪加劇了樹木等易燃物的乾燥程度，更容易助長火勢。
截至14 日下午，兩場山火控制率均為10%，
此外，南加州的洛杉磯縣、河濱縣和聖貝納迪諾縣也發生了山火。
無疑，自今年5 月以來，全球破紀錄的高溫天氣，
引發世界各地多種極端自然災害，
如乾旱、冰雹、暴雨、洪水、颶風和破紀錄的森林大火，
為2024 年深深烙印了「災難處處」的審判！
